LORE

Privacy Policy

Lore Technologies, LLC · Effective September 28, 2026

Lore is an app for the people, trips and businesses in your life — your plans, your circles, your messages, and the businesses you work with. This policy says what we collect, why, who helps us run Lore, and how to get your information deleted. Questions: privacy@myloreapp.com.

What we collect

How we use it

Lore's assistant

Lore uses AI models to answer questions and draft text for you. What you ask, and the information needed to answer it, is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. Our provider does not use it to train its models.

Social accounts

If you connect a social account (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest or LinkedIn), Lore uses it only to do what you asked — for example, to post something you approved, or to read your own public posts so Lore can learn what you like. Lore never posts without your approval. Disconnect the account in Lore and we stop using it and delete the access tokens.

WhatsApp

A business can connect its own WhatsApp Business number to its Lore workspace. When it does, Lore receives that business's WhatsApp messages (and, if the business chooses, its recent chat history and contact names) so its team can read and reply in Lore. If you message a business on WhatsApp, the business's workspace keeps that conversation as part of its records with you. Lore uses this only to run that business's inbox. When the business disconnects WhatsApp, Lore stops receiving its messages and deletes the access token.

Reviews and business pages

Reviews you post on a business's page are public, shown with your first name and last initial — or as "A Lore member" if you choose to leave your name off. The business can reply; it cannot remove your review.

Who helps us run Lore

We use trusted service providers to host data, send email and texts, take payments, run AI models and store files. They process information only to provide their service to us, under agreements that protect it. Examples: cloud hosting and database providers, email and text-message delivery services, a payment processor, and an AI model provider. When you connect a third-party account (like Google or a social network), that company's own privacy policy also applies.

Sharing

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and access inside Lore follows your role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Deleting your information

In Lore, open Settings → Account → Delete my account: your login, your chats with Lore, what Lore remembers about you, your people and your place in every plan are deleted right away. Or email privacy@myloreapp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it, and disconnect any accounts you connected, within 30 days — except records a business you worked with must keep (such as a booking or payment), which remain with that business. To remove just one connected social account, disconnect it in Lore.

Your choices

Children

Lore is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so in Lore or by email before it takes effect.
