Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Lore Technologies, LLC ("Lore", "we") for using the Lore app and website at myloreapp.com. By using Lore you agree to them. Questions: admin@myloreapp.com.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 to use Lore, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your content
- What you post — messages, photos, plans, reviews — stays yours. You give Lore permission to store, show and process it to run Lore for you and the people you share it with.
- Reviews you post on a business's page are public. Write honestly about your own experience.
- Only post content you have the right to post, and nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that violates someone else's privacy or rights.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Businesses on Lore
- A business that runs a workspace is responsible for the records it keeps in Lore and for how it contacts its clients, including following email and text-message laws.
- A business may claim its page by proving it owns it. Claiming lets it edit its details and reply to reviews; it does not let it remove reviews.
- Trips, bookings and services are provided by the businesses offering them, not by Lore, unless we say otherwise.
Connected accounts and posting
If you connect a social or email account, you allow Lore to use it for what you asked. Lore never posts without your approval. Each network's own terms still apply to what you post there.
Lore's assistant
Lore's AI assistant can be wrong. Check anything important — dates, prices, travel and legal requirements — before you rely on it.
Payments and credits
Paid plans, memberships and credits are described where you buy them, including renewal, refund and expiry terms. Credits have no cash value unless the offer says otherwise.
Our service
- We work to keep Lore running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features.
- Lore is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Lore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Lore in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Lore and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
